Coconut Container Wax

Recommended Usage-

Melting Point: 41 °C (~106 °F)

Mixing Temperature: 42-60 °C (105-140 °F)

Pouring Temperature: 40-50 °C (105-120 °F)

Medium Density Candle Gel – 1lb

Works well with 3% to 5% fragrance.
Candles made with gel perform much differently than those made with paraffin. Testing for proper wick size is strongly recommended. Working and burning temperatures for this product is much higher than for paraffin wax. All applicable safety procedures should be maintained. All manufacturers of gel candles should consider using wick assemblies with a neck height of at least 6 mm in order to firmly hold the wick in place and keep the flame from reaching the very bottom of the candle container.

Glass Glow palm container wax is truly one of the most unique and beautiful waxes that we have ever seen! Our pictures do not do these candles justice as they are absolutely gorgeous. The finished candles have been described as having a crystal, feathered or marbled appearance and are clean burning with no soot. They are easy to use and single pour and the container blend adheres to the jar with no wet spots. Our palm waxes are made from an all-natural complex blend of tropical plant oils that are renewable and environmentally friendly.

Feather is another variation of palm wax that gives a different pattern than crystal wax. Our pictures do not do these candles justice as they are absolutely gorgeous!! The finished candles have been described as having a crystal, feathered or marbled appearance and are clean burning with no soot. They are easy to use and one pour. Made from an all-natural complex blend of tropical plant oils that are renewable and environmentally friendly.

Paraffin Wax Fully Refined (58-60)

Paraffin Wax is a solid substance derived from either one of Petroleum, Coal, or Shale. It consists of a mixture of Hydrocarbon molecules with anywhere between twenty and forty Carbon atoms. It has a very unreactive nature. Fully Refined Paraffin Wax contains less than ≤0.8% Oil and is made free of impurities and discolouration by hydro-treating or clay-treating them. As the refined grade of Paraffin Wax goes down, the Oil content increases up to 1.5%. Fully Refined Paraffin Wax is free of water and odour and is deemed a food grade substance. It has a clearly defined crystal structure and is hard and brittle in appearance. It has good physical stability and cannot be deformed easily.

Usage:
Three major industries that use Fully Refined Paraffin Wax are the Cosmetics, Medical, and Food Industries. The Candle Making Industry also uses Fully Refined Paraffin Wax. Common items manufactured that use Paraffin Wax are Lipsticks, Cream, Oily Papers, and Chocolate.

Candles made using Fully Refined Paraffin Wax are of the highest grade and are the most expensive.

Melting Point: 58 – 60 °C

Pouring Point: 85 – 90 °C

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place
