The Marula Tree is native to Africa. This refined, light, viscous oil is obtained from the cold pressing of the kernels of the fruit produced by the Sclerocarya Birrea tree. The oil has been used for centuries for skin care and for nutrition by the locals.
Our Marula oil is pure and has no additives, solvents are not used in its production. Marula oil absorbs quickly and is very moisturizing to the skin and hair. Contains anti-oxidants and is a good source of fatty and essential fatty acids. Its color ranges from clear yellow to yellow-green to pink-peach, sometimes even light brown. The oil’s color and viscosity may vary from batch to batch.

Marula oil may be used for skin and hair care, to soothe dry skin and psoriasis, to soothe and heal burns and scars. May be used at rates of 1% to 100%.
